Serves 6

 

Ingredients:

1 cucumber

1 apple

1 lemon

A handful of fresh mint leaves

5-6 cups of water

Instructions:

Clean and slice cucumber and apple, rinse mint and juice your lemon. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high. Pour through a nut milk bag or fine mesh sieve. Enjoy over ice.
