With nearly twenty years of private teaching experience, Lindsay and Laura have developed a highly attuned style, tailoring each session to what people truly need. They’ve supported a diverse range of clients, from high-performing executives to individuals recovering from stress, injury, or life transitions.

Private Sessions

  • Through customized yoga classes Lindsay and Laura support their clients in strengthening the body, settling the mind and restoring balance through mindful connection. Sessions leave participants feeling strong, clear and centered.

  • If you are experienced or just curious, we will design a set of guided breathing techniques and meditations that will be a continuation of your own practices or give you the start you need to form a new healthy habit for more focused, calm mind.

  • Lindsay & Laura have a knack for making healthy, delicious (and pretty) plates, bowls and platters of mainly plant based meals. With education in holistic nutrition and experience owning and running a popular vegetarian restaurant the sisters offer culinary classes that explore nutritional benefits, how to balance a meal, and a step-by-step “how to” with you.

  • Turn your private session into a full retreat experience by bringing all the elements we love and teach together. We will work with you to create the perfect wellness experience for you or your group.

  • Weekly sessions include:

    • 1-on-1 holistic coaching integrating yoga, breath-work, meditation, nutrition, habit formation, and nervous system regulation

    • Designed to support energy, stress management, body balance, and healthy lifestyle year-round

    • Personalized plan tailored to the individual’s lifestyle, goals, and challenges

    • Monthly check-ins + weekly guidance + ongoing support

Private Day Retreats

By the hour, quarter-day or half-day private retreats are a unique and completely customizable experience for those seeking wellness on vacation.

Guests will start their day with movement, breath-work and meditation followed by an immunity-boosting green juice or elixir, and/or meals from our Wellness Menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks.

Lindsay & Laura also offer holistic lifestyle and nutrition workshops covering a range of topics from Ways to Relieve Digestive Distress to Nourishing the Body from the Inside Out.

These private retreats are a great way to ground down, reset, and re-balance in body and mind, all weaved seamlessly into your vacation.
