Life at 50 began to change, both physically and mentally; loss of muscle, energy and ambition–normal midlife symptoms. I started yoga instruction and had a goal of stretching for a few sessions. Private Day Retreats

By the hour, quarter-day or half-day private retreats are a unique and completely customizable experience for those seeking wellness on vacation.

Guests will start their day with movement, breath-work and meditation followed by an immunity-boosting green juice or elixir, and/or meals from our Wellness Menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks.

Lindsay & Laura also offer holistic lifestyle and nutrition workshops covering a range of topics from Ways to Relieve Digestive Distress to Nourishing the Body from the Inside Out.

These private retreats are a great way to ground down, reset, and re-balance in body and mind, all weaved seamlessly into your vacation.
