Prepared Super Coffee Yield: 2 Cups

 

Super Coffee is our favorite warming and nutrient-packed way to start the day. One of the best parts of this blend is that you can even enjoy a caffeine-less version of this if you’re looking for a nice evening sip or if you’re trying to kick caffeine. Just substitute the coffee for hot water and you’ll have an equally delicious caffeine-free alternative.

This recipe is a two-parter.

First, we’re going to whip up a batch of the powder mix used in the Super Coffee to keep handy for daily use. You’ll notice it will quickly become a pantry staple where you mix up a new batch every 3 or 4 weeks depending on your coffee intake.

Part two will walk you through everything you need to make that perfect cup in the morning using your pre-made dry mix.

Part 1

Super Coffee Powder Mix

Ingredients:

1 Cup Dandy Blend

1/3 Cup Cocoa Powder

4 Tbsp Cinnamon

4 Tbsp Turmeric

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

Part 2

Super Coffee

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp Super Coffee

1/2 Tbsp Ghee

1/2 Tbsp (or more to taste) Honey

3/4 Cup Coffee (or hot water for caffeine-free option)

1 Cup Steamed Oat Milk

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a bullet or blender. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds. Enjoy hot.
