Ingredients:

12 cups filtered water

½ vanilla bean

8 pieces fresh, whole turmeric root

2 large chunks of fresh, whole ginger root

½ cup raw honey

Instructions:

Clean and slice turmeric root, clean and slice 1 chunk of ginger and use the other chunk for grating to extract more juice. Add all ingredients to water and bring to a boil. Simmer on low for 1 - 2 hours or until the desired flavor is reached.
