Deep Power Yoga Every Saturday
The class begins with centering breaths, followed by body warming for core, arms and legs. A powerful vinyasa flow keeps blood, oxygen and energy moving through the body, opens the spine and kicks up the heat from the inside out. Fun play with arm balancing finds it’s way into the class and a strong standing series for improved balance and focus. We move to floor stretches seated, on our back or belly for deep release. All of this prepares body and mind for stillness in savasana.
This class is suitable for intermediate and advanced students. Yoga mats and blocks provided. We recommend bringing drinking water and a sweat towel.
