Yoga Flow on Thursday’s
This all-level class begins with centering breathwork and gentle movement, building into a slow, mindful flow to stretch, strengthen, and awaken the whole body. Expect light full-body strengthening, simple balancing, and plenty of options to move at your own pace. We close with grounding stretches and a restful savasana.
Suitable for all levels. Mats and blocks provided—bring water and a towel.

Deep Power Yoga on Saturday’s
This 90 minute class begins with centering breathwork and a full-body warm-up, building into a powerful vinyasa flow to energize, strengthen, and open the spine. Expect playful arm balances, a strong standing series for focus and stability, and deep floor stretches to release the body. We close with a restful savasana.
Suitable for intermediate to advanced students. Mats and blocks provided—bring water and a towel.

Free Beach Yoga on select Sunday’s
Join us for a free class on the last Sunday of each month. This all-level session includes gentle movement, balance, stretching, breath-work, and meditation. Practiced on the sand, we root down through the feet and move with the natural rhythm of the beach.
Bring a towel, water, and sun protection. Expect to get a little sandy and maybe plan for a swim after! Take this time to connect with yourself, with others, and with the beauty of the island.
